100 Mile Border Is Now A "Constitution Free Zone"

If you live in any of the area on this map that is detailed in orange, be very worried. This is officially a "constitution free zone" and you can be subjected to search and seizure for any reason whatsoever.

This directly violates the 4Th Amendment of the Constitution.

I pulled this information straight off the website of the ACLU.

"WASHINGTON – The extraordinary powers of customs and border agents to invade the privacy of individuals at the U.S. border are spreading inland and creating what amounts to a “Constitution-free Zone” that covers fully two-thirds of the American population, the American Civil Liberties Union said today in a press conference at the National Press Club in Washington, DC."

I'm surrounded by orange. Crossing the border might be more "fun" than I've bargained for.

They can do all sorts of fun things between now and January 20. Put Ted Kennedy on the no-fly list? Oh that's a million laughs. Executive signing statements to reverse the intent of a bill? Stop, you're killing me! But here comes January 20. Then all of a sudden it will be the righties worried about their Constitutional rights, and it will be too late. Funny how that works.
